What you will need
We hold a high standard because every passenger is promised one. Here is exactly what we ask for.
- Commercial driver's licence A TLC licence in the New York market, or the equivalent commercial authority in yours.
- A premium vehicle, 2023 or newer Black exterior, luxury sedan or SUV, passing our vehicle inspection.
- Commercial insurance Valid commercial auto insurance with for-hire coverage in force.
- A clean record A clean driving history and a passed background screening.
- Professional presentation Business attire, well presented, and committed to the service standard.
- Right to work Documentation confirming your right to work in the market you drive in.

Start your chauffeur application and complete your profile — licence, insurance, vehicle registration and photos. It takes about fifteen minutes.
Verification and training
We run your background check and review your documents, then you complete our online service training. Both are free.

Do I need my own vehicle?
For most markets, yes — a black, 2023-or-newer luxury sedan or SUV that passes our inspection. If you drive for a fleet or a base, apply anyway and tell us in the notes.
How and when am I paid?
Earnings accrue per completed trip and are paid out on a weekly schedule. Every trip shows your pay before you accept it, and your statement itemises fare, gratuity and tolls.
How long does approval take?
Document review is usually one to three business days once your file is complete. Background screening timing depends on your state.
Do I have to work set hours?
No. You go online when you choose and accept the offers you want. There is no minimum shift and no penalty for declining a trip.
What does the training cover?
VIP protocol and etiquette, defensive driving, luggage and accessibility handling, and how our dispatch and app work. It is online, self-paced and free.
